Was born in Andizhan (Uzbekistan) on January 21, 1966.
In 1990 he has graduate from Art and Graphic Department of Nizhny Tagil State Pedagogical Institute.
Lives and works in Nizhny Tagil.

Member of Union of Russian Artists.
Associate professor of drawing department of art and graphic faculty of Nizhny Tagil State Pedagogical Institute.
