The theatrical company was formed at the turn of the millennium, the original team of the performers being distinguished for synthesizing the ancient Greek mythological theatre, French romanticism, and modern autism.

The unusual feature of the company giving zest to their productions is the fact that it is purely feminine: there is nobody else in the theatrical group but the gifted, lively and daring womenfolk exhibiting fearless spirit.

The theatre was createed in June, 2000.
